Standard order processing time is 2-4 days; please allow extra time for furniture, art, and delicate pieces that may require special handling.

Shipping costs for some items may vary by location. If you are not charged shipping at checkout, we will invoice the shipping cost to you within 48 hours. Please contact us with any questions, or if you have expedited shipping needs.

Items in our Sunday (work)Shop collection are crate packed for protection and shipped via a freight carrier to the address you request. If you require a white glove delivery, please specify one when requesting a quote. Please keep in mind that due to dimensional restrictions; certain custom sizes of our Themis, Oval Trestle Dining table , and other large pieces may require additional handling when delivered directly to a residential address if they cannot be accommodated on a standard liftgate. Please contact us for more information.

If your order arrives damaged, please include images of the damaged item and the packaging (even if packaging is not damaged) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assist you with repair, replacement or refund.
